I has this now. ^.^ Sweet God, it's awesome. I really wasn't expecting it to be this brilliant, but it really is. It's using every feature of the 3DS perfectly - definitely the first 3D game I've seen where the 3D is actually adding something significant to the gameplay. And I love the conversations that happen in-game. ^.^ First serious contender for my GotY right there, I think.

I can see where some people might have problems with the controls though. They aren't faulty, but they do take some getting used to. My only real problem with them is that the touch screen doesn't rotate the camera as quickly as I'd like - going to poke around in the settings to see if there's a way to increase the sensitivity or something.

Go to Options > Controls > Reticle/ Camera, the either Air Battle or Land Battle. The sliders at the top determine sensitivity.

Finally got this but yet to play it, the stand is a little daunting.

Yeah, it's meant to make it easier on your hand but it isn't necessary. The 3ds is rough on your wrists anyway. I finished this on Tuesday, bloody hell it's tough! Either that or I'm rubbish at it.
The last few levels I didn't finish on a difficulty higher than 3 :l
