Hi all, can't find the other thread about CV's, the search tool doesn't work :(

Anyway, after a particularly turbulent year at my current job I give up - I can't stand it any longer and my loyalty has just fizzled to ash. I've just been working on my CV and would really appreciate some constructive criticism - here goes *deep breath*

I am currently the Management Representative for Quality as required by the standards set by BS EN ISO 9001:2008. I am solely responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Manual and Quality system set in place to sustain our ISO accreditation. I provide in house training for internal auditors and supervise and implement a successful audit schedule.

I have a very meticulous, methodical and structured attitude to my work which I believe is imperative when managing a Quality system. I work very well in a pressured environment and I am keen team player. I am dedicated, flexible and focussed and take great pride in my work. My greatest achievement in my current post is successfully maintaining our accreditation by passing a surveillance audit with no major or minor marks in June 2010.

My original training was in the legal arena and I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from this especially with regard to report writing. I have previously managed teams of up to 20 people and coordinated their rotas, continual development plans, duties and non conformances.

How old is too old, in terms of age gap between a guy and a girl? And for the ladies of TGN, how big an age gap would you consider with a younger guy? EDIT: And Avia and Nathan for guy and a guy. Christ. Why does TGN have to be so fucking diverse. Age gaps often get discussed between older guy/younger girl but I'm more interested in the other way round.

It's cropped up in pub piss-takes a few times because of my own misadventures a few weeks back, it seems that most guys don't have a problem with older ladies (whether fannying around/relationship/whatever) but girls seemed to find the idea of a younger guy with an older woman pretty odd/funny.

And yeah, I would do a poll but I don't know how, stupid forum. But at least I found out how to rate my own thread 5 stars.

*clicks*
